1. General Overview
At OilSeed Life Marketplace, we are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for all global partners.
Our logistics system supports sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL) to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
2. Shipping Origin & Schedule
We currently ship to:
- Orders are confirmed only after payment receipt and specification approval.
- Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made without prior approval.
- Custom or branded products are non-refundable once production has started.
All orders are shipped directly from our Shenzhen headquarters, with export handling through Yantian Port, one of China’s largest and most efficient shipping terminals.
Weekly Container Schedule:
- Monday: Regular wholesale shipment loading
- Tuesday: Supplementary container loading for urgent or medium-size orders
- Saturday: Final weekly shipment consolidation before weekend cutoff
Logistics Coordination: Our logistics team arranges each shipment according to your order type and delivery destination to ensure timely dispatch and optimal container utilization.
- In-stock Products: Orders for available inventory will be shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Standard Processing: 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom Orders: 10–15 business days depending on customization and packaging requirements.
- You will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Methods ( primarily based on the U.S. market)
We offer multiple options depending on the nature of your order:
- Air Freight: 7–10 days delivery (recommended for urgent or small orders).
- Sea Freight: 25–35 days delivery (best for large-volume or palletized orders).
- Express Shipping (UPS/FedEx/DHL): 5–7 days door-to-door delivery.
Our logistics department will recommend the most cost-effective and secure solution for each shipment.
5. Shipping Cost Policy (primarily based on the U.S. market )
- Free Shipping: For orders over USD $1,200 or weight exceeding 100kg (by air or sea, depending on route).
- Small Orders: Orders below this threshold will incur an additional freight charge calculated based on destination, weight, and volume.
- Remote/Private Addresses: Additional surcharges may apply for non-commercial or remote addresses, per FedEx and UPS policies.
6.Customs, Duties & Taxes
All shipments are declared in compliance with international trade laws.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), or FOB (Free on Board) terms are available depending on the agreement.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
7.Damaged or Lost Parcels
OilSeed Life Marketplace guarantees safe packaging and full shipment tracking.
- If a parcel is damaged, lost, or seized, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected arrival date.
- Compensation or reshipment will be arranged according to our logistics insurance policy and supplier agreement.
8. Tracking & Updates
Tracking numbers are provided once your shipment departs.
You can check real-time logistics updates directly through the provided courier link or via our customer service team on WhatsApp.
9. U.S. Small Parcel & Customs Duty Policy
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations,
shipments valued over USD $800 may be subject to import duties and taxes.
All customs duties, clearance fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the importer (buyer).
To comply with these regulations and avoid unnecessary delays or costs:
- OilSeed Life Marketplace does not accept sample or small parcel orders to the United States.
- We do not use courier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for direct small shipments unless the customer agrees to pay all customs duties and import taxes in advance.
- For U.S. customers, we recommend bulk air freight or sea freight shipments, which offer lower costs and smoother customs clearance.
