OilSeed Life Marketplace – Payment & Refund Policy
1. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Accepted payment methods include Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Zelle, PayPal (for small orders), and Western Union.
- Full payment must be received before production or shipment, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
- For large or recurring customers, partial deposits (typically 30–50%) may be accepted upon order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment.
- Customers are responsible for all bank or transaction fees related to the payment method they choose.
2. Order Confirmation & Production
- Orders are confirmed only after payment receipt and specification approval.
- Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made without prior approval.
- Custom or branded products are non-refundable once production has started.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide fair and transparent refund handling.
- Refunds are available only if the order has not entered production or shipment.
- Once goods are shipped or custom production has started, refunds cannot be issued.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- For payments made via PayPal or Zelle, transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will offer one of the following resolutions after verification: Replacement shipment, or a credit note applied to your next order, or a partial refund based on the final damage assessment.
5. Dispute Resolution
All disputes related to payment or refund shall be resolved through mutual communication between both parties. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with Shenzhen as the jurisdiction.
